Interesting. I’ve never seen anyone analyze cacao like this. I’ve been attending ceremonies for the past couple years. I’ve felt some pleasantness from the cacao — each batch has felt a little different and each ceremony has definitely been different. Cacao has come from Equador, Costa Rica and Guatemala. I mostly love the music and community aspects.
